35-44 year old female treated with a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) and breast augmentation using silicone gel implants for severe breast ptosis (breast sagging), breast volume loss, lack of breast projection and enlongated breast shape due to pregnancy, breast feeding and weight changes. The result was fuller, more projected and rounded breasts with upper breast ("upper pole") fullness, enhancing the entire breast profile.
