Born in Florida and raised in the Bahamas, Ashlei developed a passion for plastic surgery at a young age. After becoming a mother, she redirected her aspirations, earning certification as a phlebotomist before discovering her true calling in surgical technology.
Commitment to Growth
Within a year of graduating, she joined a plastic surgery team, gaining invaluable experience—including suturing—while pursuing her bachelor's degree in health science. With six years of experience assisting plastic surgeons, she now aims to become a physician assistant. She is proud to bring her expertise and dedication to Dr. Vinyard’s esteemed surgical team.
