At the Vinyard Institute of Plastic Surgery, our primary commitment is to deliver unparalleled patient care and aesthetic services. We strive to ensure that your experience with us, from the moment you book an appointment to your post-treatment follow-up, is second to none.
With this commitment in mind, we would like to take a moment to highlight the existence and emphasize the importance of our reservation and cancellation policies. These guidelines are not only crucial for the seamless operation of our practice but are also fundamental to maintaining a considerate environment for all of our patients as well as our providers.
- Valuing Your Time: We understand that your time is valuable. Our reservation policy ensures that we are able to allocate the necessary resources and specialists to provide you with the excellent care you deserve. Adherence to your scheduled appointment time ensures we can give you our full attention without delay or rush.
- Respecting Our Providers' Time: Our aesthetic experts dedicate their time and expertise to providing the best possible care for each patient. When a reservation is missed without prior notice, it unfortunately leads to wasted resources and potential lost opportunities to help other patients.
- Accommodating All Patients: We are privileged to serve a growing community of patients who rely on our services. A well-adhered-to cancellation policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently, ensuring that we can accommodate as many patients as possible and reduce wait times.
We kindly request that you familiarize yourself with our reservation and cancellation policies, outlined below, to ensure a seamless experience for all our valued patients:
Reservation Fee: There is a non-refundable and non-transferrable $100 Reservation Fee required to reserve your scheduled Medspa treatment with one of our providers. The reservation fee will be collected at the time of booking. The reservation fee amount
Notice Period: We kindly ask for a minimum of 2 business days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a Medspa appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and make necessary adjustments to our schedule.
Late Cancellations or No-shows: Failure to provide sufficient notice or missing a Medspa appointment without prior notification will result in the loss of the $100 reservation fee and will require an additional $100 reservation fee to schedule a new Medspa treatment appointment.
Consistent late cancellations or no-shows can affect our ability to accommodate other patients and disrupt the renowned experience we aim to create.
